Continuing Care Assistant
Eastern College’s Continuing Care Assistant diploma program prepares you for a rewarding career path in healthcare, providing patient-centred care in long-term care, home care and assisted living facilities. Graduates receive Palliative Care Front-Line Education, Standard First Aid/CPR Level C training, Basic Food Safety Training (BFST), WHMIS awareness and Occupational Health and Safety introduction, all of which are approved by the Health Association of Nova Scotia CCA Program Advisory Committee.
