Health Information Management
Eastern College’s Health Information Management diploma program is accredited by the Canadian College of Health Information Management (CCHIM) and gives you the skills to organize, protect and manage patient records. You’ll gain hands-on experience with EHRGo and WinRecs, the same electronic health record tools used in real clinical settings. You’ll also learn to code health data accurately and understand how information supports patient care, planning and policy in today’s healthcare system.
To help you take the next step in your career, we cover the cost of your first National Certification Exam and provide a CHIMA student membership to connect you with resources and professionals across Canada.
