Makeup Artistry Technician

Eastern College’s Makeup Artistry Technician diploma program is Atlantic Canada’s only dual-licensed program in Makeup Artistry and Eyelash Technology and teaches you the latest makeup techniques using MAC and Make Up For Ever cosmetics.

You will develop your own unique creative and personal style of makeup artistry through courses in colour, facial structure, daytime and nighttime makeup, cosmetics and hygiene, application techniques, special event makeup and much more.

You will also get in-depth instruction in eyelash extension applications, lash tinting, touch-ups, lash extension removal and brow tinting and lamination.

Our program prepares you to write the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia (CANS) theory exam which is a requirement to complete the provincial exam towards licensing. Contact us today for more information!
